This note is in reply to Mr Khurshid Anwar's letter published on September 18, 2009. Mr. Anwar happens to be an ardently anti-Bhutto man. Zia together with his establishment toadies destroyed Pakistan and its civilian institutions. Instead of discussing Zia's misrule and destruction, Mr Anwar is trying to justify his manipulation of the judicial process.
