India agrees to provide Quaid’s speech to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD : India has agreed to hand over copies of two important speech-recordings of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to Pakistan.  In an interview‚ All India Radio Director General Leeladhar Mandloi said Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting had given a green signal for handing over the speech-recordings to Pakistan.
Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation had requested for the recording of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s famous August 11‚ 1947, address to Pakistan’s Constituent Assembly, which he delivered in Karachi.
