A plea has been filed in Lahore Registry of Supreme Court on Saturday for withdrawal of the court orders about reopening of the Swiss cases against President Asif Ali Zardari, a private TV reported. Petitioner Barrister Zafarullah in his plea contended that under Article 248 of the constitution the President of Pakistan enjoys indemnity from appearing before the court. All institutions should respect the constitution and the apex court orders to the National Accountability Bureau about reopening of the cases against the President should be withdrawn, the petition said.
