The National Assembly standing committee for education took strict notice of some of private schools paying nominal salaries to the teachers. The committee has also directed the federal education institutions not to keep the book that praised President Asif Zardari. A meeting chaired by Abid Sher Ali was held in the office of federal education ministry here. The committee said all those schools paying less than Rs.6, 000 to the teachers should be closed.
