Four Mudarba scam accused own properties in Attock

ISLAMABAD  - Four alleged fraudsters involved in Mudarba scandal own land and properties worth millions of rupees in Jand, district Attock, sources in National Accountability Bureau informed.
Sources in the department confirmed to The Nation that DCO and Tehsildar (registrar land) Attock in response to the letter written by NAB Rawalpindi seeking details of the land and properties owned by Moulana Abdullah, Abdur Rehman, Abdul Khaliq and Abdul Manan provided details of the properties owned by these persons and further confirmed that these properties were still in their names in the revenue record.
All the four accused in Mudarba Scandal during investigation in the case informed the NAB investigating officer that they had sold the land owned by them in Jand, Distict Attock.
According to the details provided by DCO Attock Moulana Abdullah owned four Kanal and 19 marla land, Abdur Rehman, four Kanal and 18 marla, Abdul Khaliq, 22 kanal and 15 marla, Abdul Manan, four kanal and 19 marla while their father Noor Khan owned three kanal and three marla of land in his name.
Sources in NAB Rawalpindi informed that these accused also owned shops and other properties in district Attock and after securing its record they would put encumbrance on all these properties so that the same could be sold out to pay back the money these persons had taken from people in the name of business.
