PARIS - Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova of Russia won her sixth WTA title, beating Italy's Sara Errani 3-6, 6-2, 6-3 to claim the Paris Open on Sunday. The 22-year-old had secured her place in the final by upsetting compatriot and top seed Maria Sharapova in Saturday's semis.

For Errani this was a second successive defeat in the final at the French capital's Coubertin stadium as she lost out to Germany's Mona Barthel in 2013.
