QUETTA - Renewing pledge for democracy and supremacy of law, ANP President Asfandyar Wali Khan reiterated on Friday that they would be the first to resist if any undemocratic and unconstitutional move is attempted in the country.

Brushing aside rumours concerning political alliance, Asfandyar clarified that ANP won’t go for any electoral alliance in the forthcoming general elections, although, there would be green signal for seat-to-seat adjustment if it had to take place on local level.

Addressing a public gathering held in Balochistan’s Harnai district regarding the death anniversary of Bacha Khan, he said that rumours were circulating of technocrat government and any other undemocratic move in the country but ANP conveyed a clear message through holding massive public gathering that no such move would succeed.
