KARACHI - Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh AD Khawaja has directed the Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs) to constitute forensic teams of policemen at the level of their respective ranges to get training about forensic science and techniques so as to improve the overall performance of the police at crime scene. 

The teams will be sent to the DIG -Training for training of forensic science and techniques and investigation procedures, said a press release here on Friday. 

The police chief also directed to form police response teams at the level of range and two companies comprising 50 personnel each, from every range be selected and sent to DIG -Rapid Response Force (RRF) for training. 

These teams will remain reserve in standby position to immediately respond whenever needed.
