Sindh High Court seeks comments on petition seeking CSS 2019 exam again

KARACHI - Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday directed the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) chairperson to submit comments on a petition seeking conduction of the annul Central Superior Services (CSS) 2019 exam again.

A two-member bench of the SHC, headed by Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, heard the petition seeking CSS 2019 exam and questioned that why the exam was not held again if the exam paper was leaked.

The court directed the FPSC chairperson to submit its reply on next hearing of the case.

He informed the court that First Information Report (FIR) was registered and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had confirmed during the investigation that paper was leaked and later, FPSC officials were also apprehended in this connection.

The petitioner pleaded with the court to cancel the result of CSS 2019 exam and issue directives for the authorities concerned to hold the examination again.
