HDF project on education reforms

ISLAMABAD (PR) – Human Development Foundation (HDF) launched project entitled “Advocacy Campaign for Education sector reforms in Pakistan” under USAID’s Citizens’ Voice Project in four districts of Pakistan, one district in each province. These provinces are: Mardan, (KPK), Tando Muhammad Khan (Sindh), Rahim Yar Khan (Punjab) & Zhob (Baluchistan).The activities of advocacy campaign are based upon the data collected through a base line survey conducted in these districts. The survey results have helped in knowing the awareness level of the masses of those areas about the clause 25-A of the constitution & other issues relating to education and designing different activities for the achievement of the advocacy project. The campaign is being done through conveying messages to the masses through Radio in regional languages at the district level and building capacities of community organizations working at grass-roots level.
