ISLAMABAD - Rawalpindi and Karachi will clash in the final of the PCB-PEPSI Cricket Stars U-16 One-Day Tournament 2012 after defeating their respective rivals in the semi-finals played on different venues here on Wednesday.

In the first semi-final at National Cricket Ground, Rawalpindi beat Quetta by  wickets. Put into bat first, Quetta were bundled out for 118 runs in 37 overs. Ghulam Haider made 29 while Abdul Nafay scored 24.  Yasir Jan got 3/40 while Masood (2/2), , Haris (2/12) and Asif (2/16) bowled well.

Rawalpindi chased the target in 31 overs after losing 2 wickets. Zeeshan Malik made 67 not out with nine fours and Aamir Sohail scored 29. At Marghazar Ground, Karachi outplayed Peshawar by 9 wickets.
