NOORPUR THAL - Assistant Commissioner Mehboob Ahmed said that government has decided to constitute mechanical oven (tandoor) monitoring committees across the province. Each mechanical tandoor bakes 1,000 breads within an hour, he added. He was talking to media persons here on Friday. He said each committee will comprise three members including the Imam of local mosque, a school teacher and a representative of the social welfare department. He further said that according to government instructions all possible steps would be taken in this regard very soon.
