Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has been chairing meeting of the federal cabinet here on Wednesday in Islamabad. The cabinet will review the rehabilitation of the internally displaced people (IDPs) of Swat and the ongoing military operation in Swat, Malakand and Wazirsitan on top of its agenda. While chairing the meeting, Gilani will share with the cabinet the details of a meeting on national security held at the Presidency on Monday. The items on the cabinets agenda include ratification of the United Nations Convention on Transit Trade and initiation of dialogue with various countries on issues of mutual interest. The cabinet is also expected to accord approval to formally sign the Gas Sale Purchase Agreement (GSPA) for the Peace Pipeline Project (Iran-Pakistan-India) in the meeting.
