RAWALPINDI- Police Tuesday obtained five-day physical remand of an alleged terrorist for his alleged role in two recent suicide attacks in the capital outside the office of Special Branch. As per details, special judge Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Malik Akran Awan conceding to the submission of Aabpara police handed Fidaullah resident of Buner to them for five days as they wanted to recover suicide vests and other explosive material from the accused and to learn about other men involved in the acts of terrorism. According to police, Fida was arrested on Monday from Abapara on the clue of two already arrested suspects Khairullah and Khurram Shahzad in the cases of suicide attacks on office of special branch of police and on the post of frontier constabulary in March and April this year. Separately the court issued notices to R A Bazaar police asking them to produce the record of a case registered against Umer Adil after he moved the court seeking deletion of terrorism charges saying he was falsely implicated in the case. The court would take up the application of Adil on June 12 about removal of terror section from the case registered against him in August last year when he was allegedly arrested with explosive materials.
