The Punjab government has issued directives to the state counsel to prepare petition against the release of Jamatud Dawa chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed. According to a private TV, the state counsel has been given very clear line about filing the petition, which would be submitted in the next two days. The sources said the Punjab government hoped that court will consider to continue the house arrest of JuD chief as it has very concrete evidences against him. It should be mentioned here that Lahore High Court yesterday gave verdict to end his house arrest; however, Hafiz Saeed is still under house arrest.
