It is imperative that leaders of Pakistan and India should meet frequently. I suggest that our Chief of Army Staff’s should also meet, because if the retired generals of both countries are exchanging visits and meeting, why not those in service? Pakistan and India both have common enemies such as poverty, illiteracy, healthcare and education, and they should fight against them together. Large segments of citizens are deprived of basic necessities and are being used by fundamentalists. This is a great opportunity for Modi and Nawaz to make history by solving the core issue of Kashmir according to the wishes of Kashmiris. As both countries cannot change neighbors, they should try to live peacefully instead of wasting large resources on defence. I hope that the people of Pakistan and India will prosper is in the hands of Modi and Nawaz governments as they both claim to have similar aims.
