Parents taught their children how to ride bicycles but now small boys are learning to ride motorcycles before bicycles. This conveyance is meant for two persons but now motorcycles are used as donkey carts for the whole family. We can see parents with three children riding on motorcycles endangering their lives. Our youth is also seen riding these two wheeled motorcycles dangerously and performing acrobats or wheeling. Underage children are seen riding motorcycles in residential areas, some times on roads with their mothers sitting behind them, with no concern for the safety of the child or other people. No one stops them; I wonder how parents allow them this levity.
