Islamabad - Golra police have arrested nine persons for their involvement in immoral activities.

The police on a tip-off raided a residential flat in Gulshan Khudadad in E-11 sector of the capital and arrested Adeel, Muhammad Faizan, Azad Maqbool, Haider Ali, Faisal Nawaz and others. One Muhammad Ibrahim owned the flat. The police have registered a case.

 under section 371-A, 371-B of Pakistan Penal Code and further investigation is underway.

Meanwhile, Kohsar police recovered a dead body from a local hotel. The dead body was later identified as Haider Ali, resident of Queens Road Lahore. According to the police, he died of heart attack.

Furthermore, Islamabad police have arrested 10 outlaws from various areas of the city, besides recovering weapons and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman said. According to details, Bhara Kahu police arrested five accused Zahir Khan, Waqar Rasheed, Yaseen, Habib, Ajmal Khan and recovered 3 pistols, one 12 bore gun, two magazines along with ammunition from their possession.

Margala police arrested Raiz, Mazhar and Talat involved in street crime. Sabzi Mandi police arrested an Afghan national Sakhi Muraad and recovered one pistol along with ammunition from him. Shehzad Town police arrested accused Imtaiz and recovered one pistol along with ammunition from him. SSP Islamabad has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to accelerate their efforts to curb activities of anti-social elements.
