Sydney  - Sofia Vergara has described herself as an ‘old drag queen’. The Modern Family actress got engaged to fellow actor Joe Manganiello in December last year. The superstar couple is wasting no time in preparing to tie the knot, but thankfully Sofia doesn’t have to do it by herself. ‘We’re already planning,’ she revealed to E! News, ‘The good thing is that nowadays you can hire someone to help you and I have a great planner that is taking a lot of the stress away.’ The 42-year-old spoke at the premiere of her new movie Hot Pursuit. Her husband-to-be was by her side on the red carpet and the couple packed on the PDA for the cameras. But Sofia was unapologetic for not being able to keep her hands off her Magic Mike XXL hunk. ‘He can’t be any hotter,’ she grinned. ‘I’m just an old drag queen.’ Sofia started dating the 38-year-old in the summer of last year and after a whirlwind romance Joe popped the question during a romantic vacation in Hawaii. While the pair can’t wait to be married, they previously admitted that they won’t be able to set a date for their nuptials until after they have both finished promoting their latest movies. While Sofia’s latest flick sees her star alongside Reese Witherspoon, Joe will soon be doing the promotional rounds for the hotly anticipated Magic Mike sequel. ‘We’re trying to figure it out because he’s shooting and promoting Magic Mike XXL this summer and I’m promoting my movie with Reese and so we’re kinda busy, but we’re trying to do it maybe in the fall,’ she explained to Access Hollywood.
‘Summer is going to be too crazy.’
