ISLAMABAD   -  The federal government in a reshuffle in the bureaucracy has posted a Grade-22 officer Farah Hamid Khan as Secretary Federal Tax Ombudsman.

The government has also posted a Grade-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) Naheed Durrani as Secretary Education and Training. She was serving as Secretary Climate Change.

Cap (Retd) Sikandar Qayum, a Grade-22 officer of PAS, has been posted as Secretary Climate Change. He was previously posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in Establishment Division.

Capt (Retd) Sher Alam, a Grade-22 officer, has been posted as Secretary Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Division. He was previously posted as Special Secretary Interior Division. 

Ijaz Ahmad Khan, a Grade-21 officer of PAS, has been posted as Secretary Federal Ombudsman Secretariat. He was previously serving as Additional Secretary Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Division.

The Establishment Division has issued the notifications in this regard.
