The mushroom growth of guesthouses in the residential areas of the capital has become a main concern for inhabitants as immoral activities and selling of alcohol were reported in these guesthouses. According to a Survey conducted, public and social circles of the city while expressing their concern over the situation said that influential persons are involved in the business of guest-house illegally with the cooperation of police. They demanded of authorities concerned to take notice of that serious issue as the activities in these guest-houses are affecting the environment and their children.
