LAHORE - President Pakistan Boxing Federation Doda Khan Bhutto has been appointed as vice chairman of the Asian Boxing Confederation development committee. He met ASBC President Chang Jinping during the 15th AIBA World Boxing Championship in Italy Milan and discussed the games issue in Pakistan and Asia. After the meeting, ASBC President appointed Doda as Vice Chairman of the Asian Boxing Development Commission for the work in Asia. "Its an honour for Pakistan and me also and I am fully confident of good show in Asia for the promotion of boxing. The game is very popular in Pakistan and many other nations of Asia," said Doda. The Pakistan Boxing Federation Vice President Iqbal Hussain and Secretary General Muhammad Akram Khan congratulated Doda and also thanked the ASBC president. They meet with ASBC President during their China visit and talked about the ways for the promotion of the game in Pakistan and Pakistan's role in the Asian Boxing Confederation (ASBC) and International Boxing Association (AIBA). The ASBC president promised to resolve all the issues faced by the Pakistan boxing.
