LAHORE - The Jamaat e Islami and the Al-Khidmat Foundation on Thursday dispatched twenty trucks carrying dry ration, tents and medicines to the flood affected areas of Rahimyar Khan, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, and Kot Addu. The Al-Khidmat Foundation President Neimatullah Khan was personally supervising the relief operation and was also visiting different areas to assess the requirements. The two organizations have distributed relief goods worth Rs.700 million among the flood-affected people. Around 7800 families have been provided tents while 45000 people were being provided cooked food daily.
