Khamenei urges Islamic world to help flood-hit Pak

ISLAMABAD (APP) - Irans Supreme Leader Syed Ali Khamenei has urged the Islamic governments and international organisations to help Pakistan cope with the devastating floods. In this critical situation, we should rush to the aid of our grief-stricken brothers and sisters on the basis of Islamic brotherhood, the Supreme Leader said in a message. Syed Ali Khamenei said the extent of losses was so great that millions of Muslims were in urgent need of food, clothes and shelter. Unfortunately, international organisations had not properly fulfilled their duty to render services to the affected people of Pakistan, he added.
