He will be taking over from Safar Ali K. Lakhani who will retire after serving 19 years as the President and CEO. Dividend KARACHI (APP) - KAPCO has posted a record profit after tax of Rs 5.089 billion for the year ending June 30, 2010 and announced a final cash dividend of Rs 2.75 per share. According to financial results of the bank dispatched to KSE, the profit before tax surged to Rs 7.730b during the period under review. The earning per share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs 5.78.
