Bilawal questions PM over Musharraf case, alleged corruption

GARHI KHUDA BAKHSH: Pakistan People’s Party(PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari addressed a rally on the occasion of 37th death anniversary of Former PM Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto On Monday and crticised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over the policies and departure of Former President Pervez Musharraf.

Addressing to a rally on the occasion of 37th death anniversary of Former PM Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Bilawal said that God is the one who bless or disgrace people and HE is the one who unveil the oppressors. Every year he pays tribute to the martyrs of Gharhi Khuda Bakhsh.

He said that his grandfather was executed on judicial orders and had been kept behind the bars for 11 years. He questioned that why the female PM was killed in daylight? He also questioned establishment, judiciary and political parties that after all, what was his grandfather’s sin and crime? He said that Bhutto’s crime was to rescue 90,000 Pakistani prisoners, gave the first constitution to Pakistan.

Bilawal also said that his grandfather extracted workers from the clutch of investors. Bhutto made Pakistan the first Muslim nuclear power in the world, acknowledged the poor of their rights and power. Bilawal also added that Bhutto’s execution was not a murder of single personality but a massacre of poor famers and the whole humanity and this is the aftermath of what the nation is going through.

He blamed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and said that why did he let Musharraf leave the country. He said that the court has been enquiring about the arrival of Musharraf in Pakistan. Why Musharraf and Zulfiqar Bhutto have separate systems to be dealt with, he added.

He questioned PM and said that he had committed to break the traditions but he has taken the biggest amount of loans in the history of Pakistan. Loan worth Rs 3 to 4 trillion has been taken in 3 years. Poor is asking for bread but the government is providing them Metro Bus and Metro Train.

He said that in the name of privatisation the government is distributing national assets among its friends and the government is confused and has no defined policy. He also said that no government writ can be seen, a handful of terror elements take over any area of the country easily whenever they want to.

He added a reminder that on December 27 he warned PM not to take advantage of National Action Plan (NAP) but the country has faced another incident due security lapse.
