Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif Wednesday said that the provincial government will compensate the flood affectees for the damage caused to their property by the devastating floods. He said this while talking to the flood victims during his visit to the flood-hit areas. The Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities not to exhibit any sluggishness in carrying out the relief activities. He travelled six miles through the swamped localities, including the areas submerged under 8-feet water, to oversee the ongoing relief activities.
