OUR STAFF REPORTER BAHAWALPUR - The PPP Bahawalpur secretary information said that democratic institutions could be strengthened through joint efforts by all the political forces of the country. It should be our collective obligation to work jointly to stabilise political process of the country, Muhammad Saleem Bhatti said. As Prime Minister Gillani has announced that the government respects the mandate of all the institutions as envisaged in the Constitution. He said that all the three organs of the state should support one another to save national interests, Certain elements were trying to create misunderstanding among these institutions for their vested interests, he added. The PPP government will make no confrontation with any institution and focus on the strengthening of the democratic process, he said. All the members of the party and the allied wings reposed confidence in the vision of President Zardari and the prime minister.
