ISLAMABAD (Online) - Strongly dispelling rumours regarding removal of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Advisor to the PM on Interior Rehman Malik on Wednesday made it clear that these were baseless reports, maintaining that Premier was undoubtedly a binding force. He expressed these views while talking journalists outside the Parliament House. "Who says the Prime Minister is being removed? All such reports are a mere fabrication and nothing else," he said. The PM had made sure that all political forces should work together, he said, asserting that some anti-social elements who wanted to harm democracy were creating a sheer hype in this regard. He was of the view that the national security conference which was chaired by the Prime Minister proved fruitful, adding that the PM had united all the political parties which was a good sign. The Advisor said that terrorists had no religion, asserting that the government was grieved over the loss of numerous lives in Mumbai mayhem. He further said that it was a great victory for the Prime Minister and the government that all the political parties had joined hands on national security.
