Veteran Bollywood actor Dev Anand has died of a heart attack in a London hotel on Sunday. He was 88. The flamboyant actor, producer and director was famed for his roles in dozens of films, including Jewel Thief and Guide. His family said he died on Saturday night in a hotel in London, where he had gone for a medical check-up. His nephew and renowned film director Shekhar Kapur said Anand had been working up to the end and died "on his own terms".
