Our Staff Reporter TANK A dispute on land led to killing of two persons in Tank, police and hospital sources said on Saturday. They said one Miranshah, son of Rahmat Shah, resident of old Railway Station Road, told police that his brother Hazrat Shah intended to ply tractor in a nearby land, when Azmat Khan, son of Gulu Shah, and Nusrat Khan, son of Akbar Shah, who were already present there, sprayed bullets on him leading to his death. The FIR revealed that the accused managed to escape from the scene. The complainant said a land dispute was running between them and their cousins, which resulted in the killing of his brother. Mst B lodged an FIR with the same police station reporting that her husband Saadat Khan forbad the accused Miram Shah and Rahmat Shah from plying the tractor in the disputed land, on which they got infuriated and clubbed him. She said they later opened fired on her husband, leaving him dead on the spot. She said they fled from the scene. Tank Police registered the cases and started investigation. It is reliably learnt that one accused had been arrested by the police so far.
