BUSINESS DESK LAHORE Punjabs budget in the first 3 months (July-September) of the current fiscal year remained Rs 3 billion, 34 crores and 30 lakhs surplus, as the total income of Punjab government remained Rs 120 billion, 33 crores and 60 lakhs against the expenditure of Rs 116 billion, 99 crores and 30 lakhs, according to federal governments monetary report about Punjab government. The running expenditures of the Punjab government during the same period remained Rs 100 billion, 43 crores and 10 lakhs while Rs 16 billion, 56 crores and 20 lakhs were spent on development.
