LONDON - Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will attend the High Level Segment of London Conference on Afghanistan on Thursday (today) and will deliver a speech during this session.
On the sidelines, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also hold bilateral meetings with British Home Secretary Theresa May, British International Development Secretary Justine Greening and US Secretary of State John Kerry.
Before the High Level Segment, Adviser to the PM on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz will represent Pakistan at the Ministerial Level Segment of the Conference holding thematic discussions regarding opportunities and challenges to greater regional cooperation in various areas.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif arrived here Tuesday on the invitation of British Prime Minister David Cameron to attend the London Conference on Afghanistan.
Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah will also attend the conference.
