Every other day the government suspends cellular services citing terrorism as the reason. If one goes by logic, the only way to track down the terrorists is to let the mobile services remain open, thus providing our law enforcing agencies the chance to nab them red handed with solid evidence. However, if the cause of national security is only served by suspending services, then why not go one step forward and do away with the cellular network in Pakistan completely; we are anyway living in the stone age with no electricity and gas, why not no phones!.
