FC martyr laid to rest in Shorkot

Abdul Sattar, a Frontier Corps (FC) soldier who had embraced martyrdom in a terrorist attack on an FC post in Zhob, Balochistan, was laid to rest in Waryam Wala, Shorkot area.
Sargodha FC Lt-Col Ajmal also attended his funeral prayer. An FC contingent laid a floral wreath on his grave.
Meanwhile, a 13-year-old boy was crushed to death by a truck at Gojra. Police said deceased Usman Asghar of Chak 297 JB was passing through Hafeez Park locality of Gojra when a truck loaded with animals hit his motorcycle as a result he died instantly.Police said parents of youth pardoned the truck driver.
CHILD LABOUR: District administration has said that child labour will not be tolerated at brick kilns. It said that officials inspected 139 kilns during current campaign out of them nine owners were accused of using 22 children as labourers.
The DCO added that cases had been registered under Anti Child Labour Act against the said owners and 22 children recovered from the kilns had been admitted in schools.
