If one is not wrong, smoking is prohibited at all the offices, restaurants, public places, airplanes and hospitals etc in Pakistan. In fact, if someone is caught smoking in any of these places, he is supposed to get a penalty of Rs 1000. Because of the harmful effects of smoking, there are special areas now reserved for smokers throughout the world. A clip on the Youtube shows a lady minister of ours smoking in her office. Similarly, in one talk show on the media, an ex-minister was actually seen smoking a cigar.
