Presidents Press Secy gets elevation

ISLAMABAD - The Government on Monday notified top-level changes in Information Services as the Information Secretary was transferred to the Secretariat of Wafaqi Mohtasib (Federal Ombudsman) and the Presidents Press Secretary got elevation to his place.
According to a notification of the Establishment Division, Mansoor Sohail Information Secretary has been transferred as Federal Secretary to the Wafaqi Mohtasib.
Sohail has left only few months to his retirement. Sources in bureaucracy say that he has been eyeing at the post of Ombudsman that has been vacant since Javed Sadiq Malik relinquished the charge upon completion of his tenure over a month back now.
The Wafaqi Mohtasib website says since November 27, 2010 that Malik has relinquished charge upon completion of four year tenure.
