Islamabad - Islamabad police have arrested 10 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered a car, weapons, heroine, two illicit pistols along with ammunition and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman said here on Saturday.
According to details, Bhara Kahu police arrested an accused Gohar and recovered one 30-bore illicit pistol along with ammunition from him.  Industrial Area police arrested an accused Amjad and recovered one 30-bore illicit pistol along with ammunition from him.
Shehzad Town police arrested an accused Faisal Mehmmod and recovered 110 grams heroine from him. ACLC police recovered a tampered vehicle from the possession of an accused Adeel. Margalla police apprehended a thief and recovered stolen items from him. Secretariat police arrested an accused Muhammad Yaqoob.  Ramana police arrested four accused Abdul Qadeer, Muhammad Saiqib, Amin and Sher. Sihala police arrested an accused Muhammad Ilyas involved in selling diesel illegally. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is under way from them.
SSP Islamabad has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to accelerate their efforts to curb activities of anti-social elements.
