KHYBER AGENCY - Some 40 suspected persons were arrested during a search operation conducted by security forces in Shahkas area of tehsil Jamrud, Khyber Agency, official sources said on Saturday.
They said that security forces carried out house-to-house search and arrested forty suspected persons who were shifted to undisclosed destination for investigation. Earlier, all entry and exit points had been closed in Shahkas area that added to miseries of local tribesmen. All segments of society, including public servants, students and traders were not allowed to come out of their houses during search operation.
