LAHORE: Petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC) Lahore registry to seek court’s orders for making public Scotland Yard investigation report, in Benazir Bhutto murder case.

The petitioner barrister Zafar Ullah in his constitutional petition has taken plea that all investigation agencies including Scotland Yard, conducted investigation in respect of Benazir assassination case, but no report has been made public by any institution on this count so far. Due to this factor responsibility in respect of those who showed negligence in discharging security duty and the then government functionaries could not be fixed. It is therefore, requested that court should issue orders for making the reports public, he prayed.
