ISLAMABAD - The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has foiled a bid to smuggle large quantity of heroin to Greece via Abu Dhabi from Islamabad and arrested the accused.
According to details, during search of baggage of a passenger who was leaving for Greece at Benazir Bhutto airport Islamabad on Tuesday, the ANF officials recovered 11-kg brown and 4-kg white heroin.
The airport security force arrested the accused identified as Zulfiqar hailing from Sargodha district and took the recovered drug into custody.
It is worth mentioning that the recovered heroin is worth millions of rupees in international market.
