PESHAWAR - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Minister for Sports, Tourism, Archaeology and Youth Affairs Syed Aqil Shah has said that development work worth Rs 300 million has been done in his constituency PK-4 during the last four years while all-out efforts will be made to bring the under-developed areas of the constituency at per with the developed ones.He said basic amenities of life like water, gas and electricity would be provided to the dwellers. This he said while inaugurating the newly installed 100-kv electricity transformer at Umeed Abad No 1 Swati Pattack and addressing a public meeting at Madani Colony as chief guest on Monday.ANP Swati Pattack ward president Malik Ishfaq and elites of the area Sajidullah, Haji Khadim Hussain, Rashid Khan, Sohail Khan, Atlas Khan and squash player Aamir Atlas were present on the occasion. Haji Qurban Hussain Shah in his welcome address presented problems of the area.  Syed Aqil Shah further said that he served the dwellers of his constituency faithfully and whole-heartedly and tried to minimise their problems. He said his MPA fund and senator Farah Aqil Shah’s fund had been utilised for the development of PK-4 that was why the constituency had become a stronghold of ANP and hopefully the candidate of ANP would be successful in the forthcoming general elections. He besides announcing the provision of 200-kv electricity transformer for Madani Colony, making arrangement for provision of drinking water to the dwellers on permanent basis also announced to buy generator for the mosque of Madani Colony from his own pocket. He stressed upon the people of the area to make their votes and use their votes in the coming general elections to bring positive change in the society. He said people should not look to the government for the solution of their each and every problem but should work unitedly to get rid of various problems through self-help basis. He on the occasion directed to give a tricycle to a special person Shahid Khan of Swati Pattack.
