PCB women wing to organise conditioning camp

LAHORE - The PCB women wing is organising a conditioning camp for Pakistan women and emerging players from July 5 to 20 at Army School of Physical Training, Abbottabad.
The PCB official has said that the main objective of the camp to be attended by 25 players is to improve the overall physical fitness of all players and to enhance the technical aspect of each player’s game and to prepare them for the upcoming international events.
“Physical fitness tests will also be carried out during the camp. This camp will also be part of a selection process for Pakistan women cricket team for its upcoming tours to Australia in August and for the 17th Asian Games to be held in Incheon, Korea in September,” he added.
The selected players are Sana Mir, Bismah Maroof, Nidar Dar, Rabiya Shah, Muneeba Ali, Aliya Riaz, Iram Javed, Jaweria Rauf, Marina Iqbal, Nahida Iqbal, Sidra Amin, Syeda Nain Fatima, Javeria Khan, Kainat Imtiaz, Sajida Shah, Fazila Akhlaq, Asmavia Iqbal, Qanita Jalil, Sania Iqbal, Sumaiya Sidique, Maham Tariq, Sadia Yousaf, Anam Amin, Naila Nazir and Sidra Nawaz.
