JHANG (APP) - As many as Rs2.024 billion are being spent for completing 493 public welfare and development schemes which is a record in the history of district Jhang. This was stated by District Coordination Officer (DCO) Jhang, Muhammad Shahid Niaz while addressing a media conference at Jinnah Hall of District Council here on Friday. The DCO highlighted the role of media in national as well as regional development, social reformation and identification of the public issues. He said the positive criticism and useful suggestions and proposals would be welcomed from media persons.
