PML-N leader Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali and PML-Q's Mir Abdul Quddus have taken oath as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of Balochistan Assembly at a specially convened session of the provincial assembly here on Tuesday.
Earlier‚ they were elected unopposed as other candidates withdrew their nominations.
The outgoing Speaker Syed Matiullah Agha administered the oath to Mir Jan Muhammad Jamali as new Speaker. Later‚ Jamali administered oath to Mir Abdul Quddus.
