The armed robbery, which took place near Kot Momin interchange late Sunday, exposed the working the national highways and motorway police.
The victims say that there was not regular patrolling by the motorway police on the national highways which provided enough opportunity to the dacoits to strike at their will and escape without facing any resistance.
