We the pensioners of Pakistan Central Cotton Committee (PCCC) our being denied 10% increase in our pension. Eleven months have passed, now PCCC has decided not to pay the 10% increase to its employees. This is in spite of the fact that Hon: Wafaqi Mohtasib had ruled in favour of pensioners. There are ruling of Hon. High Courts and Hon. Supreme Court on this matter as well. It is amazing that PCCC is defying both. Is there anybody in the Central Government who is prepared to dispense justice? My appeal to the Hon Prime Minister has had no effect. It appears the Ex-Sub-Committee of PCCC is more powerful than Hon Prime Minster, High Court and Supreme Court. Can anybody suggest what we should do to get Justice?
