OKARA - Sunni Ittehad Council chairman Sahibzada Fazal Kareem has claimed that his party would get remarkable success in the upcoming general elections.

He termed the Pakistan Defence Council an anti-Pakistan force. He said that his party would not let the council’s agenda be implemented. “This is a council of those people who opposed the creation of Pakistan. Addressing the concluding ceremony at Hazrat Karmanwala Sharif, he expressed his views.

Fazal also condemned the terrorist attacks in on shrines like those of Baba Farid, Abdullah Shah Ghazi and of Hazrat Ali Hajveri in Lahore. He urged the chief justice of Pakistan to take sou moto notice of the situation.

On the occasion, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Manzoor Ahmad Khan Wattoo, former federal minister for information Qamar Zaman Kaira, Parliamentary Secretary on Interior Capt (r) Ghulam Mujtaba Kherl were also present.
