LAHORE  - The international auto mobile manufacturing companies, parts makers, service suppliers, machinery producers and tool manufacturers from across the world, including Germany, Japan, Taiwan, India, Malaysia and China have announced to display their products, besides introducing new brands at the upcoming annual three-day Pakistan’s largest auto show being held from March 6-8, 2014 at the Expo Centre, Lahore.

The PAPS 20014 Chief Organizer Syed Nabeel Hashmi said that visitors from Belgium, South Africa, China, Sudan, Nigeria, UAE, Sri Lanka, India, Iran, UK, Bangladesh and Turkey have confirmed to attend the Pakistan largest auto exhibition, showcasing the achievements of country’s automotive industry and auto parts manufacturing sectors, which would be opened by high dignitaries.

He informed that several important international groups have announced to attend this 10th edition of Auto Show being presented by PAAPAM, which includes the TVH from Belgium, Sparex from the UK and, Hatat from Turkey.

The chief organizer said that a two-day knowledge seminar is also being held on the subject of “Developing Exporting skills” during the exhibition. Over 16 Universities are also participating with their innovations and engineering projects and best entries will be awarded by the PAAPAM in this regard, he said and added that CSR and Public safety campaigns are to be presented during the show.

Nabeel Hshmi said that there will be Cars, Trucks, buses, Tractors, Rickshaws, Motorcycles, Antique Cars, Motorbikes and several new brands of different companies on display in more than 112 stalls of local as well as international companies.

PAAPAM Chairman Usman Malik said that the mega event has now become a trademark for the Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts and Accessories Manufacturers, showcasing the achievements of Pakistan’s automotive industry and auto parts manufacturing sectors. PAAPAM regularly holds this auto exhibition in Pakistan under the logo of PAPS, on an annual basis.

Usman Malik said that each year the show grows bigger and the upcoming mega event will be held with a lot of changes.

“This year we intend to give it a new face by making this show go international along with a lot of other new features”, he maintained.

“This mega event will be visited by a large number of visitors and buyers from around the world, while hundreds of multinational and national companies will display their products at the exhibition,” he said.
