LORALAI - Two cops were killed and District Police Officer (DPO) among three injured when unknown miscreants attacked convoy of police here on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner (DC) said that unidentified armed men targeted convoy of DPO Sherani Shakir Kakar in Loralai area of Balochistan while he was returning after a high level meeting of police officials.  Two cops died in the firing of miscreants while DPO Sherani Kakar, his guard and a policeman sustained injuries.
The attackers managed to flee after the retaliatory action of the police force.
The bodies and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The law enforcement agencies (LEAs) cordoned off the area after the attack and launched search operation but no arrest could be made.
